For those guests who wish to reserve hotel rooms, we have secured blocks of rooms at reduced rates at the locations below. Room blocks are for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (30 and 31 May, and 01 June) and can include any combination thereof.

1. Best Western Plus Suites Downtown at 1330 8th Street S.W., located near downtown Calgary. Suites are available at a preferred rate of $149.00/night, plus GST and tax if booked before 01 May. This rate includes breakfast, parking and WiFi. Bookings can be made by clicking HERE.

2. The Westin Calgary at 320 4th Ave SW is a more upscale option for those wanting to stay right in the heart of downtown. Traditional king rooms have been block booked at a group rate of $179.00++/night if booked prior to 15 May HERE.

3. The Carriage House Inn at 9030 Macleod Trail South is a great option for those wanting to stay outside of downtown (and who'd like to spend some time by a pool!). If booked before 01 May, rooms are available at reduced rates starting at $135.00++/night for a standard room, or beginning at $145.00++/night for various levels of more premium rooms. These rates include breakfast, parking and WiFi.
